This skill alone is absolutely priceless because the more you can do this for yourself, the more you will be able to do it for your kids, which will then transfer to them learning how to do it for themselves.  This will create kids that grow up to be emotionally and mentally healthy adults.

Hi, I’m Alisa.

I’m a mother to eight, ranging in age from 9 to 44 years old. I have 5 step kids and three biological kids. In both my personal journey as well as my work with hundreds of moms, I’ve seen and experienced just how challenging it can be

to handle the pressures of motherhood and the anxiety, fear, and overwhelm that can come with the job. Becoming a loving, kind, calm, joyful, and present mother is an endeavor that is seriously NOT for wimps.  It requires us to face and heal our DEEPEST fears, insecurities and pain. But it ALSO brings forth our DEEPEST LOVE and grows us in ways nothing else can.  I care a lot about being this kind of mom AND living out my own dreams, passions, and purpose.
