Stillpoint Therapy & Coaching
Peace ~ Presence ~ Wholeness
What Is The Stillpoint?
The word Stillpoint refers to the rich space at the center of the soul where there is perfect stillness….perfect peace.
NO past. NO future.
Zero Drama. Nothing to fix.
Relaxing Expansion.
Pure possibility.
A place where ALL thoughts and emotions come and go, rise and fall, appear, and disappear.
Have you ever stopped, noticed, and just sat with this space within yourself where it’s all coming and going?

When we are connected to this Stillpoint within us, there is a very real stillness and peace that we can access. This is where one’s deepest truth rests.
Within this Stillpoint, we begin to find our personal clarity and discover a different kind of freedom - the freedom to feel deeply, stay grounded, and meet life as it is.
Inside this space, we begin to reconnect with our authentic aliveness as human beings and develop a greater capacity to live fully inside our human experience - to grieve what needs to be grieved, accept what cannot be changed, recognize what is asking for healing or action, and experience deep joy and peace even in the midst of very real life challenges that can leave us feeling grief, heartache, hurt, confusion, disappointment, and loss.
This Stillpoint cannot be accessed or known through the intellect alone.
The gateway into one’s Stillpoint is simply a willingness to become curious, slow down, and look in a different direction - not away from your experience, but more deeply into it.
I invite you into this space with me, where we will explore what you feel most troubled about, what you most deeply care about, and what becomes possible when you begin meeting your experience from this quieter, steadier place within yourself.
The Stillpoint is the closest word I can use to point you towards the nature of the work we will be doing together, and it is my deepest hope and commitment to help you find your way into this rich space within yourself, where all past healing, present moment clarity, and future possibility co-exist in the ever-present now.
